I've played Splendor and Gravwell (I'm excluding 5e as that's more RPG than board game).

Splendor is really good, solid Euro game.

At first, I wasn't super crazy about Gravwell, at least when it was explained to me but then it turned out that even though you're essentially trying to move your ship towards the end, there is strategy to it.

I need to check these other games other. Surprisingly, I haven't heard of most of these. Dark Sun sounds like it addresses my problem with co-op games, namely that it involves into one playing saying "Okay, you do this and this, then when it's your turn, you'll do this... ."
