He was the editor of #1 - #9 (Peter Bagge edited #10-17 and #25, Aline Kominsky-Crumb did the remaining 10 issues). All covers were drawn by Crumb and many "classic" Crumb strips were first published in Weirdo.   Personally I think that Crumb's 80s work is probably his best: His drawings got even better than before (see Weirdo covers 4, 11, 14 ...), and he did some of his all-time greatest strips like "Psychopathia Sexualis", "Midlife Crisis", "My Troubles With Women" and many more.   Search linkfilter links q http://linkfilter.net/
